It can be difficult to see the connections between certain academic disciplines and service. This panel, featuring Professor Mark Duggan from the Department of Economics and Professor Richard Ford from the Stanford School of Law, will explore how academia intersects with service. They will give remarks about their career trajectories and offer advice to students who want to merge disciplines such as economics or law with public service.
